The Last Song of October — Original Geometric Abstract Painting

The Last Song of October

Some seasons leave quietly. Others insist on one final song.

Rich midnight blue, warm harvest gold, a luminous ivory circle, and a quiet passage of soft blue meet in this original geometric abstract painting. Crisp white divisions and a cluster of slender vertical lines give the composition its rhythm, balancing bold color fields with moments of stillness.

The Last Song of October suggests the fleeting moment between seasons: the warmth that lingers, the colors that deepen, and the music of a month reluctant to say goodbye. Its title is part of Randy Jeffrey's Abstract Paintings & Their Peculiar Stories world, in which each original artwork invites an imaginative tale of its own. The story may be questionable; the painting is entirely real.

The work can be appreciated as pure geometric abstraction, or as an invitation to discover your own story among its circles, lines, and shifting colors.
