Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for choosing an original painting by Randy Jeffrey. Each artwork is one of a kind, and I want you to feel confident in your purchase.

14-Day Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery by emailing art@randyjeffrey.com with your order number and reason for the return.

To qualify, the artwork must be in its original condition, without damage, alterations, or signs of use.

Please retain the original protective packaging. All returns must be approved before shipping.

Once approved, please ship the artwork back within 7 calendar days using secure packaging and a tracked shipping service.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, packing, and insurance costs. No restocking fee is charged.

Refunds

Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, I will notify you of the refund status.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

Artwork returned damaged or altered may not qualify for a full refund, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

Every original painting is professionally packaged for shipment.

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact art@randyjeffrey.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the artwork and damage

• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

Retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.

I will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund or return at my expense. Because each painting is an original, an identical replacement is generally not possible.

The suggested 48-hour notification period helps with carrier claims but does not limit your legal rights.

Commissions and Custom Artwork

Specially commissioned or personalized artwork may have separate return or cancellation terms agreed upon before purchase. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.
