By accessing this website or purchasing artwork through it, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About This Website

Randy Jeffrey operates this website to showcase and sell original artwork, including geometric abstract paintings and other creative works.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to process purchases.

References to "we," "us," and "our" in these terms refer to Randy Jeffrey.

2. Original Artwork

All artwork offered for sale is created by Randy Jeffrey unless otherwise specified.

Each original painting is a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art. Once an original artwork has been sold, it will no longer be available for purchase.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent artwork through photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and other information.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting conditions. Minor variations between photographs and the physical artwork do not necessarily indicate a defect.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price change will not affect an order already accepted and paid for.

Payment must be completed through the available checkout methods before an order is processed.

Applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout where required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you to offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and a full refund where applicable.

4. Orders and Availability

Because original artwork is one of a kind, availability is limited.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel an order if an artwork is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, or a listing contains a material error.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to decline orders where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unlawful activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Original paintings are professionally packaged to help protect them during transportation.

Shipping options, applicable charges, and delivery estimates are presented during checkout or otherwise communicated before purchase.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Please contact us promptly if an address needs correction.

If an artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, contact art@randyjeffrey.com as soon as possible and retain the packaging so we can assist with a resolution.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer eligible customers a 14-day return window beginning on the date of delivery.

Returned artwork must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and associated packaging and insurance costs.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries are handled separately.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All original artwork, photographs, designs, text, and other creative content on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an original painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.

Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Randy Jeffrey unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.

Purchase of an artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, commercially distribute, license, or create merchandise featuring the artwork.

You may share images of purchased artwork for personal, noncommercial purposes, provided the artist is appropriately credited.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Commissions and Custom Artwork

Commissioned or personalized artwork may be subject to additional written agreements covering scope, pricing, deposits, completion timelines, revisions, cancellations, and delivery.

Any such terms will be communicated before work begins.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access to its systems, introduce malicious software, or use its content in ways that violate applicable law or intellectual property rights.
