Aside from world-class skiing and snowboarding, Copper Mountain has a lot to offer. Adrenaline enthusiasts will love flying through powder snow on a snowmobile excursion, while dog sledding is a slower but no less thrilling experience. For those seeking a more serene and soothing experience, horse-drawn sleigh rides are available, as well as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating. Ski enthusiasts can catch Copper Mountain’s famous Dew Tour, a four-day competition featuring some of the world’s best skiers and snowboarders; it’s a great place to see skilled athletes who may go on to one day compete in the Winter Olympics!
Tubing, where you get to zoom down the slope in a giant inner tube near the base of the Super Bee chairlift in the East Village, is one of the most popular activities on the mountain — plenty of fun for all ages!
